In this 4-weeks course you will learn the "Mindfulness of Breathing" meditation. This is a great way to start training your mind to become more focused and cultivate mindfulness in your daily life.
Course includes how to prepare for meditation, finding the right sitting position for you and how to deal with those annoying distractions. Take home notes are included.
